Tuber Dioscoreae Bulbiferae, also called Huang-Yao-Zi (HYZ), has remarkable curative properties, few side effects used for treatment of sore throat, goiter, hemoptysis, other diseases traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Existing studies have found that HYZ improve symptoms TC patients reduce volume, while vitro induce death thyroid cells. However, mechanism still unclear.MethodsIn study, based on network pharmacology bioinformatics, target molecular were preliminarily explored.
